ONLINE SERVICE TERMS OF USE

General
These terms of use shall apply to websites owned by Burger-In Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter ”Hesburger”) as well as online content found on said websites (hereinafter collectively "Service"). The purpose of the service is to provide the customer with information on Hesburger products and services.
By using the online service, the user hereby agrees to these terms of use.

Processing of personal data
Hesburger processes and collects the personal data of customers to provide services as well as to maintain and develop customer relationships. The user may consult the Hesburger Customer register privacy policy for more detailed information on the processing of personal data.

The Service and its content, including trademarks, business names, product information and images, are the property of Hesburger and/or its partners, which is protected under the Copyright Act and international agreements on intellectual property rights.
